Digital HQ Membership Agreement – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Digital HQ. We’re delighted to welcome you to our coworking and innovation community. By becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
During your membership term, Digital HQ will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide:
• Access to private offices, desks, and shared spaces as set out in your membership plan.
• Regular maintenance of the premises (excluding damage beyond normal wear and tear).
• Furnishings of a similar standard to those provided to other members.
• Access to high-speed internet.
• Use of shared printers, copiers and scanners (additional charges may apply).
• Use of meeting rooms during regular business hours, subject to availability and prior booking/credit allocation.
• Heat, lighting and utilities during regular business hours.
• Acceptance of mail and deliveries during regular business hours (Digital HQ is not liable for lost or unsigned deliveries).
• Invitations to members-only events, benefits and promotions.

2. Membership & Payment
• Memberships are assigned to one individual/company and are non-transferable.
• Fees, deposits and any other charges must be paid as per your membership agreement.
• Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur charges.
• We accept payment via direct debit or credit card. You must maintain up-to-date payment information at all times.
• All fees are non-refundable.

3. Guests & Meeting Rooms
• Guests may attend meetings but may not use the premises as a workplace unless registered as a member.
• Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and used in accordance with your booking or allotted credits. Additional usage will incur charges.

4. Termination & Deposit
• After the initial term, you may terminate your membership by giving at least 30 days notice).
• We may suspend or terminate membership immediately for breach of these Terms & Conditions or non-payment of fees.
• Any deposit held will be returned after deduction of outstanding charges.
• You must remove all property from the premises on termination; uncollected property may be disposed of.

5. House Rules
Members agree to:
• Keep keys, fobs and access cards secure; lost items may incur replacement fees.
• Maintain up-to-date contact and payment details.
• Respect common spaces; these are for all members’ temporary use and not for continuous work.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and self-service.
• Follow all notices or updates provided by Digital HQ via email.
• Not attach items to walls or install equipment/furniture without prior consent.
• Not use the premises for illegal, offensive or disruptive activities.
• Not copy information belonging to other members or use Digital HQ’s name, images or branding without permission.
For security reasons, Digital HQ may use CCTV in common areas and may disclose information if legally required.

6. Liability & Indemnity
• Digital HQ is not liable for loss, theft, damage or injury to members, guests or property.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total membership fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• Members indemnify Digital HQ against any claims, damages or expenses arising from their actions or those of their guests.
• Members must maintain adequate insurance for personal property and public liability.

7. Other Members
Digital HQ does not control and is not responsible for the actions of other members or third parties. Any disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.

8. Relationship of the Parties
This Agreement is a licence to use space and services at Digital HQ. It is not a lease or landlord–tenant relationship and does not give you any property rights in our premises.

9. Extraordinary Events
Digital HQ will not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
